Title: The minus part of the equivariant Tamagawa Number Conjecture
SPEAKER: Dominik Bullach (King's College London)
DATE & TIME: Viernes 19 de mayo - 17:00
VENUE: Aula Naranja, ICMAT.
ABSTRACT: In this talk I will give an introduction to the `minus part’ of the equivariant Tamagawa Number Conjecture for finite abelian CM extensions of totally real fields, which can be viewed as a refinement of the analytic class number formula, and explain how a novel Euler systems argument allows one to deduce the validity of the conjecture (outside 2) from the recent proof of the Strong Brumer—Stark Conjecture by Dasgupta and Kakde.
