Quantum computing in numerical semigroups

ABSTRACT: Quantum computing is getting a lot of attention lately, but for the last 30 years it has been consistently showing promising (and also discouraging) results concerning computing performance. We will look at some specific examples of "hard" problems, related to Number Theory, from the point of view of this new paradigm.
